Job Description – Technical Product Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Technical Product Manager with strong expertise in Product Development, Technical Architecture, Product Management, and SaaS Solution Design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and scaling multi-tenant SaaS products, defining product roadmaps, and leading engineering teams from concept to market launch.

This role combines responsibilities across Technical Product Manager, Node.js Engineering, Product Management, and Team Leadership, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on technical expertise.

The successful candidate will own the technology vision, drive product innovation, and work closely with business stakeholders to build scalable and market-leading digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Product Architecture & Solution Design

- Own and drive the technical architecture and design of SaaS products.
- Define scalable, secure, and high-performing multi-tenant SaaS solutions.
- Design end-to-end digital product and technical architecture.
- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and cloud solutions.
- Ensure product scalability, reliability, maintainability, and security.

Product Development & Roadmap Management

- Define and manage the product development roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead product strategy, planning, prioritization, and execution.
- Drive the complete digital product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and optimization.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align product capabilities with market demands.
- Manage release planning and feature delivery timelines.

Engineering Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and grow a Product Engineering team of 4–5 developers and trainees through FY2026–27.
- Establish development best practices, engineering standards, and quality processes.




- Provide hands-on technical guidance on application architecture and modern development frameworks.
- Ensure timely delivery of product milestones while maintaining high-quality standards.

SaaS Scalability & Cloud Infrastructure

- Architect and implement scalable SaaS platforms with strong tenant isolation and performance optimization.
- Design cloud-native solutions leveraging modern cloud infrastructure.
- Drive system scalability, resilience, monitoring, and operational excellence.
- Define web application architecture and framework strategies for long-term product growth.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Represent the Product function in leadership discussions involving pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, product investments, and roadmap decisions.
- Work directly with founders, leadership teams, customers, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and product strategies.
- Communicate product vision, architecture decisions, and delivery plans to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory

- 5+ years and up to 10 years of software engineering and product development experience.
- Proven experience architecting, building, and launching a multi-tenant SaaS product.
- Solid expertise in:
- SaaS and Technical Architecture
- Product Development and Solution Design
- Product Management
- Product Roadmap Development
- Hands-on experience with modern web application stacks, including:
- Node.js
- React.js or similar frontend frameworks
- Strong understanding of:
- Subscription-based SaaS models
- Tenant isolation
- Scalability and performance engineering
- API-driven architectures
- Experience with cloud platforms and cloud infrastructure design (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to take a product from concept to market-ready release, preferably within a 3–6 month build cycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
