Job Summary

The Export Logistics Executive will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end export logistics process for rice shipments, ensuring timely dispatch, documentation compliance, customs clearance, freight coordination, and smooth delivery to international customers. The role requires expertise in export documentation, shipping procedures, and coordination with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate complete export logistics operations for rice shipments.
- Plan and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, Customs House Agents (CHA), shipping lines, transporters, and port authorities.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation Certificate, and other required documents.
- Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with export regulations.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage container booking, stuffing, transportation, and dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with production, quality, warehouse, finance, and sales teams for smooth execution of export orders.
- Resolve shipment delays, documentation issues, and logistics-related concerns.
- Maintain records of export shipments and logistics expenses.
- Monitor freight costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.




- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, APEDA, and international shipping regulations.
- Prepare logistics MIS reports and shipment status reports.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of export logistics and international shipping.
- Experience in rice export documentation and shipment handling.
- Knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, FCA, etc.).
- Understanding of customs clearance procedures.
- Familiarity with freight forwarding and container management.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of experience in export logistics, preferably in the rice industry.
- Hands-on experience with international shipping, customs clearance, and export documentation.
- Strong coordination skills with freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, and overseas customers.
- Knowledge of APEDA, DGFT, and international trade regulations.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
