Job Profile: Telecaller – Printing SolutionsPosition Overview

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to generate leads and convert them into sales for our printing services. The role involves reaching out to schools, colleges, and corporate companies to promote and sell printing solutions such as ID cards, certificates, brochures, and other customized printing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, and corporate clients to introduce printing services.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable printing solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a database of prospects.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.




- Coordinate with the sales and production team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and persuasive skills .
- Strong telephone etiquette and ability to handle objections.
- Basic knowledge of printing products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
