We are a leading manufacturer of welding consumable. As part of our expansion, we are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to strengthen our sales team in Odisha and Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, OEM, and industrial customer network in the assigned territory.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Appoint new distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key accounts.
- Promote the company's product portfolio through customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.




- Travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in welding consumables, welding equipment or engineering products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in dealer/distributor development and B2B sales is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
