- Front Desk & Guest Services: Welcome late-night arrivals, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle room bookings. Fulfill overnight guest requests (e.g., extra linens, local delivery recommendations).
- Night Audit: Process end-of-day transactions, verify daily revenue, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports for the morning team.
- Property Security & Safety: Conduct regular patrols of the premises, monitor surveillance cameras (CCTV), and act as the first point of contact for emergencies.
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints, noise disturbances, or maintenance requests during off-hours.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Communicate with early-morning housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepped and reported issues are addressed quickly
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Experience:
1–3 years in hotel or serviced apartment operations. Willing to Night Shift
- Independence: Ability to work autonomously and make managerial decisions during quiet, late-night hours.
- Soft Skills: Conflict resolution, and a high level of patience.
