"To supervise the Manufacturing & Packing Line Activities with compliance of cGMP and Regulatory requirements to ensure timely completion of the work. Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules • To supervise Packing and Manufacturing Activities as per requirement. • To carry out in process checks during Packing and Manufacturing Activities. • To ensure that all products are produced to the specified specifications. Target and deadlines are met to achieve the orders. • To arrange ensure dispensing of Raw and Packing material as per shift plan & planning for next shift. • To maintain on-line documents BPR and BMR as per cGMP & confirm in SAP & ensure to transfer in BSR.



Also make the WIP statement every month and MIS, DPR /DMR every day. • To carry out proper line clearance procedure & follow SOPs • To ensure discipline of workers & ensure productivity as per agreed norms. • To ensure all safety requirements are followed. • To comply with cGMP and other regulatory requirements. To ensure on-line documentation of all records maintained in the department. • To generate purchase indent for procurement of change parts and other items. • 11. Reporting to Shift In charge for routine activities & special assignment given by seniors. Submit reports on performance and progress"
