We are looking for a passionate Generative AI Engineer to join our growing AI team in Mohali. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and workflow automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI solutions that solve real-world business problems while staying at the forefront of emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python and modern Generative AI frameworks.
- Build and optimize applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Qwen, and other open-source models.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases including Pinecone, ChromaDB, or FAISS.
- Build AI workflows and autonomous agents using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
- Integrate AI APIs and third-party services into production applications.
- Fine-tune prompts, optimize inference performance, and improve AI response quality.
- Develop scalable backend services for AI applications using REST APIs and Python.
- Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into client solutions.
- Monitor application performance, optimize latency, and improve system reliability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–4 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or Python Development.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Good understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning,



and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Practical experience using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS.
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or Hugging Face APIs.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Git, Docker, and version control.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience building AI Agents and multi-agent systems.
- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers and open-source LLMs.
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Contributions to GitHub, AI research, or open-source projects.
- Experience using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or other workflow automation platforms.
