Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Telecaller with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team in Saket. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to engage potential customers, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make calls to prospective customers to promote the company's products and services.

Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.

Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, or inside sales.





Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.

Strong sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Graduate preferred (12th pass with relevant experience may also apply).
