Job Title: Clinic Incharge
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Experience: 2–5 Years
Employment Type: Full time
Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational Week Off)
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage patient appointments, front office, and staff coordination.
- Handle inventory, vendor coordination, and clinic administration.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with SOPs/NABH standards.
- Resolve patient queries and deliver an excellent patient experience.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare operations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of healthcare processes is preferred.
