About the Role

Innervex Technologies is looking for a creative and skilled Freelance Video Editor & Videographer to produce high-quality video content for our software products and brand. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, shooting, and editing engaging videos that effectively showcase our ERP solutions, product features, customer success stories, and company culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit professional product demonstration videos for our software solutions.
- Create promotional videos, branding videos, and marketing content for digital platforms.
- Capture office activities, customer testimonials, events, interviews, and team highlights when required.
- Record high-quality video and audio using professional camera equipment.
- Edit raw footage into engaging videos suitable for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and the company website.
- Add motion graphics, titles, transitions, subtitles, animations, and background music where appropriate.
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, and final video optimization.
- Create short-form content such as reels, shorts, and promotional clips from long-form videos.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to understand campaign objectives and product features.




- Ensure all video content maintains brand consistency and is delivered within agreed timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Videographer & Video Editor (Freelance experience preferred).
- Solid portfolio showcasing promotional videos, product videos, corporate videos, or commercial projects.
- Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, microphones, and video production equipment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software.
- Good understanding of cinematography, lighting, framing, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in motion graphics, color grading, and audio editing.
- Ability to independently handle the complete video production process from concept to final delivery.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Own camera equipment is preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Experience creating videos for software, SaaS, ERP, or technology companies.
- Knowledge of social media content trends and video optimization.
- Basic graphic design and thumbnail creation skills are an added advantage.
