We're Hiring: Executive Assistant to the Director
Location: Borivali, Mumbai (Work from Office – Walking distance from Borivali station)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

Key Responsibilities

1. Calendar & Schedule Management

Organize and manage the Director’s calendar

Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments with internal/external stakeholders

Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts

2. Travel Management
Plan domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transport, visas)
Prepare detailed itineraries and manage last-minute changes smoothly

3. Meeting Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate meeting logistics, materials, and resources
Attend meetings and record accurate Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups

4. Reporting & Data Analysis
Compile and review business reports & dashboards




Support in preparing presentations and performance reviews
Analyze data to provide actionable insights

5. Business Project Support
Track strategic projects and initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely execution
Maintain trackers & dashboards for reporting project status
