We are looking for a creative, strategic, and camera-confident Social Media Strategist & Content Creator to manage our digital presence and become the face of our brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, appearing in videos, promoting our products, and building

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, platform updates, and audience behavior to identify current growth opportunities.
- Create and maintain a monthly content calendar across all social media platforms.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, followers, impressions, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor social media algorithms and recommend strategies to improve organic reach and engagement.
- Suggest innovative campaign ideas to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth.
- Monitor online reputation by responding professionally to comments, reviews, and customer queries.

Content Creation & Brand Representation





- Act as the face of the brand by confidently presenting products and services on camera.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Follow the latest social media trends, viral audio, challenges, and content formats to maximize reach.
- Generate fresh, creative, and trend-driven content ideas that reflect the brand's identity.
- Cover exhibitions, product launches, customer installations, company events, office culture, and daily business activities.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, and designers to produce high-quality visual content.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, hashtags, and social media copy that aligns with the brand voice.
- Organize employee engagement activities, fun challenges, celebrations, contests, and team-building events for social media.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, HR, and Product teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities with a confident on-camera presence.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and social media analytics.
- Creative mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
