About the Role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Associate who can drive client acquisition, handle presentations, and contribute to company growth through strong communication and relationship-building skills.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable interacting with clients through meetings, calls, presentations, and events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, demos, and project discussions

2. Client Presentation & Communication

- Conduct client presentations and company demos




- Represent the company during meetings, webinars, and business events
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and business reports
- Maintain professional communication with clients and partners
- Support branding and promotional activities when required

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Sales, negotiation, and convincing ability
- Confidence in client handling and public interaction
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- MBA preferred but not mandatory
- Upto 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Management
- Experience in presentations, public speaking, anchoring, or event handling is a plus
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office
