We're looking for an Accounts Executive for our Thiruvallur Hub

Key Responsibilities:

- Bookkeeping & Ledgers: Accurately record daily transactions and maintain the general ledger using double-entry accounting principles.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor payments, prepare invoices, track incoming payments, and follow up on overdue client balances.
- Bank Reconciliations: Regularly reconcile bank statements and internal ledger accounts to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including the preparation of trial balances and routine financial reports.
- Compliance & Audits: Prepare necessary documentation and support internal/external audits. Ensure all financial entries comply with relevant tax laws and corporate policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education:



A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically requires 2 to 5 years of practical experience in bookkeeping, credit control, or general finance.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP), alongside advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Analytical Abilities: Solid numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication for dealing with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
