- Plan and manage social media calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Create engaging captions and coordinate creative content/posts
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages when required
- Track follower growth and engagement performance
Performance Marketing
- Run and manage paid campaigns on:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- YouTube Ads
- Monitor ad budgets and optimize campaign performance
- Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates
SEO & Website Management
- Work on on-page and off-page SEO
- Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages
- Coordinate with website developers for updates if required
- Monitor website traffic and performance
Content Marketing
- Coordinate blogs, creatives, reels, and email marketing campaigns
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals
- Assist in content strategy planning
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Search Console
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Analyse ROI, engagement, leads, and conversions
Lead Generation & Brand Awareness
- Develop strategies to improve online visibility
- Generate leads through digital channels
- Support promotional campaigns and launches
- Create engaging captions and coordinate creative content/posts
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages when required
- Track follower growth and engagement performance
