- Responsible for the pivotal growth of the total cluster as a whole.
- Provide training & guidance to team on various subjects.
- Training & Development of Branch team.
- Recruitment responsibility lies in the hand of the cluster manager for his cluster. He will stand responsible for maintaining optimum team strength at branch to keep branch profitable at all the times.
- Various contest held by the management need to be driven at the branch.
- Personal touch with top 50 clients of each branch is must for cluster manager.
- Having advisory role of all the branch team/clients (Compliance).
- Cross selling of products should to be encouraged like Equity / Mutual Fund / PMS.
