We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer (Design Engineer) to craft exceptional digital experiences for our upcoming Progressive Web App (PWA) and mobile platform.

In this dual-capability role, you will bridge the gap between design and technology. You will be responsible for researching user journeys, creating intuitive UI/UX wireframes/prototypes in Figma, and writing clean, scalable front-end code (React/Next.js/Tailwind CSS) to bring those designs to life.

Note: This role is strictly focused on product UI/UX design and front-end development. It does not involve social media content creation or motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities

- UI/UX Design & Research: Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screen layouts, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile (PWA/App) using Figma.
- Front-End Development: Convert Figma designs into clean, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible front-end code using React.js / Next.js and Tailwind CSS / HTML5 / JavaScript.
- PWA Optimization: Optimize web applications for progressive functionality (offline support, fast loading, mobile responsiveness, and smooth micro-interactions).
- Design System Maintenance: Build and maintain a reusable UI Component Library to ensure design consistency across all digital products.
- API Integration & Collaboration: Work closely with our Tech Lead and Backend Developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless front-end to back-end connectivity.
- Usability & Testing: Test interfaces on multiple devices and browsers,



gather user feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user engagement and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in both UI/UX Design and Front-End Development (Portfolio showcasing Figma designs AND live web/PWA projects is mandatory).
- Design Tools: Mastery of Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Variants, Design Systems).
- Front-End Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js / Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
- PWA Knowledge: Solid understanding of Progressive Web App standards, responsive web design principles, and mobile-first UX.
- Version Control: Practical knowledge of Git & GitHub for code management and collaboration.
- Problem-Solving & Aesthetics: Strong visual design sense (typography, color theory, layout) combined with logical problem-solving skills for code implementation.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

- Familiarity with TypeScript and state management (Redux / Zustand).
- Experience with basic web animations (Framer Motion / CSS animations).
- Prior experience working in an early-stage startup environment.
