Job Description

Glowing Digital is seeking an experienced SEO Team Lead to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, along with experience managing multiple client projects in an agency workplace. The candidate should be capable of developing SEO strategies, improving organic performance, and leading SEO initiatives to achieve measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Manage and optimize On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
- Lead multiple SEO projects while ensuring timely execution and quality delivery.
- Conduct website audits and implement technical SEO recommendations.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
- Track keyword rankings, website performance, and prepare SEO reports.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and the latest SEO trends.

Required Skills





- 1–2 years of SEO experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Agency experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience managing multiple client SEO projects.
- Excellent communication and client handling skills.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Ahrefs
- SEMrush
- Screaming Frog
- Knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- SEO-related certifications will be an added advantage.
