We are looking for a skilled, proactive, and customer-focused L2 Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate should have robust troubleshooting skills and be capable of handling desktop, laptop, networking, printer, and end-user support issues independently. The role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to provide timely technical support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level-2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows-based systems.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Internet connectivity issues.
- Configure and support printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, drivers, and business applications.




- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, and other productivity applications.
- Handle Active Directory user management, password resets, and user account administration.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while meeting SLA requirements.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to users.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support.
- Support CCTV, biometric devices, and basic network infrastructure when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
