Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance HR HUB modules using PHP Laravel framework
- Design and implement REST APIs for seamless integration
- Manage MySQL databases efficiently
- Implement Git workflows for version control
- Deploy applications on AWS services such as S3, CloudFront/CDN
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor junior team members and assist in their growth
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
Preferred Skills and Tools:
- Strong proficiency in PHP development, particularly with Laravel framework
- Hands-on experience in REST API development and integration
- Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL
