Job Overview: We are hiring a Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive to manage daily calls with existing and new customers for our BharatBenz truck dealership. The role involves customer follow-ups, feedback collection, relationship management, and updating management on customer needs and experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call existing and potential customers daily
- Follow up with old clients and collect feedback
- Inform customers about dealership services, offers, and updates
- Maintain customer records and call reports
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer support
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi required; local language preferred)
- Valuable knowledge of the automobile/commercial vehicle industry
- Basic computer knowledge
- Telecalling/customer service experience preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Soft-spoken and professional behavior
Salary: Based on experience + performance incentives
