The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to meet evolving needs. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development efforts and ensures that the solutions align with the overall project goals and timelines.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), PySpark.
- Strong experience in software design patterns and architectural principles.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of data processing and manipulation techniques relevant to large-scale applications.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).

- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
