About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented GTM-Technical Analyst to supervise the accurate implementation of the Server-Side Tracking (Tagging) module. This is a non-technical implementation role that requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder communication, and an eye for quality.The ideal candidate will ensure implementation accuracy, perform validation activities, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the accurate implementation of the Server-Side Tracking (Tagging) for one of our products.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate implemented features and ensure quality standards.
- Gather, define, and document new business and implementation requirements. Identify opportunities to improve the existing implementation process and product
- experience. Provide implementation support by handling escalations and coordinating with internal
- teams. Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including:
- Management Marketing Product Owners Engineering Team
- Monitor implementation quality and proactively flag any discrepancies that remain unresolved despite engineering improvement efforts.




- Maintain proper documentation of findings, validations, issues, and recommendations.

Required Skills

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to perform detailed testing and validation.
- Good understanding of UAT methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.

- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand implementation workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related technical field.
- 1–3 years of experience in GTM, Server-Side tracking, Implementation,or similar roles.
- Familiarity with Shopify, digital marketing platforms, tracking/tagging concepts, or SaaS
- products will be an added advantage. Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
