About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive to build strong client relationships and ensure seamless event execution. You'll work directly with the Founder, gaining valuable exposure to business strategy, client management, and decision-making while driving high-impact projects in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable event solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and event briefs.
- Build long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and event executions as required.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project updates.

What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- 2–4 years of experience in Client Servicing, Event Management, Advertising, Hospitality, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Solid organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and event executions. Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
