Digital Marketing & Travel Operations Associate (Hybrid)

FLYONGO TRAVEL PRIVATE LIMITED is a fast-growing travel technology startup looking for a disciplined, self-driven and career-focused individual to work directly with the Founder.

This is a Hybrid role where most day-to-day work can be done remotely, while candidates must be available to visit our Noida office whenever required for meetings, training, planning sessions and operational work.

This opportunity is ideal for Freshers, Final-Year Students, Interns and young professionals who want practical experience in Digital Marketing, Travel Operations, Customer Support, Sales and Business Growth.

Responsibilities:

- Manage FLYONGO's social media platforms

- Create engaging posts, reels, stories and content calendars

- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Calls and Email

- Convert customer enquiries into sales

- Assist customers with Flights, Hotels, Holiday Packages, Visa and other travel services

- Coordinate bookings with travel partners

- Perform SEO activities including keyword research and on-page optimization

- Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns

- Conduct competitor research and market analysis

- Generate leads through digital marketing

- Maintain Google Sheets, reports and documentation

- Use AI tools like ChatGPT for research and content creation

- Work directly with the Founder on day-to-day business operations





- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines

Requirements:

- Own Laptop (Mandatory)

- Smartphone with stable internet

- Good communication skills in English & Hindi

- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

- Basic knowledge of Social Media

- Interest in Digital Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and Travel Industry

- Self-disciplined and able to work independently

- Willing to visit office whenever required

- Freshers are welcome
