We are looking for a proactive and organized Customer Support Executive (CSE) to support daily office operations and coordinate with different departments. This role is ideal for those who have good communication skills, are eager to learn, and enjoy working in a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day office and departmental activities.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
* Maintain records, reports, and basic documentation.
* Follow up on assigned tasks and updates.
* Communicate effectively with team members and management.
* Perform other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
