As a Field Operations Associate, you will represent our company in the field, working closely with business partners and customers to support our platform's growth.

This is a highly dynamic role that combines relationship building, onboarding, training, field operations, and market insights. You will spend most of your time visiting businesses across Bengaluru and collaborating with our internal team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

What We're Looking For

- Fluency in English and Kannada is a must.
- Comfortable interacting with business owners and customers.
- Self-motivated and willing to work independently.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel across Bengaluru.
- Basic smartphone and mobile app proficiency.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in field operations, business development, customer success, sales, or related roles.
- Freshers with robust communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license is a must.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
