Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React.js) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, a good understanding of modern web technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.
- Develop responsive, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
- Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code for both frontend and backend.
- Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and user experience.
- Design and work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend and backend application issues.
- Follow best practices for code reviews, version control, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to the development of new features, enhancements, and product improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack development with Node.js and React.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).




- Strong experience with Node.js and backend frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, or similar.
- Strong experience with React.js, including Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle, and state management.
- Experience with modern frontend development practices, reusable components, and responsive UI design.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Valuable understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.
- Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
- Experience with Next.js.
- Experience with Redux, Zustand, React Query, or similar state management libraries.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience working on enterprise applications, IoT platforms, SaaS products, or web-based solutions.
