Job Summary

Sparkline Business Solution is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle calls professionally. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for communicating with customers, following up on inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Receive and handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain company services and answer customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Maintain customer data and update records accurately.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer concerns politely and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or in a similar role.




- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
