We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing. This role requires a creative and analytical professional who can develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO audits.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging social media content and campaigns.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated customer journeys.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics tools.
- Track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness through Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to develop marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads,



Meta Ads) as an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience in SEO,AEO, GEO, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of content marketing and basic graphic design tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
