Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive who can generate leads, interact with clients, conduct site visits, and close property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage leads through calls, walk-ins, digital inquiries, and referrals.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for potential buyers.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads until closure.
- Negotiate and close property deals.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and documentation teams.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects,



and pricing.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, BFSI, Insurance, Automobile, or B2C Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Fluency in Hindi; English communication is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
