Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on crop production, irrigation practices, fertilizer use, and pest control.
- Support the development of farm management plans aimed at improving productivity and promoting sustainable farming practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A degree in Agriculture with hands-on experience in farming or agricultural consulting.
- In-depth understanding of crop cultivation, soil health, and pest management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Basic computer literacy and fluency in Marathi are essential.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
