Core Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Assign duties, monitor shift coverage, and evaluate nurse performance.
- Patient Care: Oversee medical treatments, handle patient complaints, and ensure high care standards.
- Policy Enforcement: Maintain compliance with safety regulations, health protocols, and legal rules.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage department resources, review health records, and assist with training.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); a master’s degree or administration training is often preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 to 8 years of clinical nursing experience, with previous leadership or charge nurse history.
- Skills: Robust communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
