Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Junior Fitness Trainer to assist members in achieving their fitness goals through proper guidance, exercise instruction, and motivation. The Junior Fitness Trainer will support senior trainers, conduct basic fitness sessions, and ensure a secure and positive workout environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist members with workout routines and gym equipment usage.
- Conduct basic fitness assessments and orientation sessions.
- Support senior trainers during personal and group training sessions.
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper workout techniques.
- Monitor member progress and provide motivation and encouragement.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym floor and equipment.
- Ensure safety standards are followed during workouts.
- Help in conducting group classes, fitness events, and member activities.
- Build positive relationships with members to improve engagement and retention.
- Stay updated with fitness trends and training techniques.

Required Qualifications





- Certification in Personal Training or Fitness Training preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field is an advantage.
- 0–2 years of experience in fitness training or gym operations.
- CPR & First Aid certification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of anatomy, exercise techniques, and fitness equipment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
