- Description

- Preparation of P&ID; from PFD, Instrument Index & I/O list,
- Instrument specification datasheets.
- Identifying vendors and qualifying based on the requirement of client and performance of Vendor.
- Interacting with vendor for defining the requirement and obtaining the quotes
- Setting up of methods and systems for maintenance of quality of the instruments procured
- Pre-delivery inspection, FAT as per required standards.
- Technical & commercial bid comparison & Costing of instrumentation in the project.
- Familiar with finalization of control philosophy with the use of SCADA or PLC systems
- Installation and commissioning of instruments & monitoring the project implementation

- Job Responsibilities

- Scheduling of preparation of all the engineering documents required for the process
- Timely execution of engineering documents as per the requirements of the projects.
- Monitoring the instrumentation & electrical engineering requirement of the project.
- Interact with EPC Contractor.
- Coordinate with all other internal departments like project, purchase, process etc.
- Assist in execution of projects within time schedule.
- Minimize customer complaints
