RO Operator

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented RO Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operation, monitoring, and routine maintenance of our Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment plant. Your primary focus will be ensuring the continuous production of high-quality treated water while maintaining strict adherence to safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plant Operation: Start up, operate, shut down, and monitor RO systems, pumps, valves, and filtration units to meet daily production targets.
- Water Quality Monitoring: Conduct regular chemical tests (pH, TDS, conductivity, hardness) and log precise data hourly/daily to ensure water output meets quality parameters.
- Maintenance & Backwashing: Perform routine backwashing of sand and carbon filters, clean RO membranes,



and assist with chemical dosing and cartridge filter replacements.
- Logbook Management: Maintain detailed logs of water meter readings, pressure differentials, chemical consumption, and equipment running hours.
- Troubleshooting: Identify operational abnormalities, leaks, or drop-offs in flow rate early, taking immediate corrective action or escalating mechanical issues to the supervisor.
- Safety & Hygiene: Keep the plant area clean, safe, and hazard-free. Handle water treatment chemicals safely using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven experience operating industrial or commercial RO plants
