We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished academic leader for the position of Head of Department (HOD) Computer Science & Engineering. The ideal candidate should possess strong academic credentials, proven leadership skills, and extensive experience in managing faculty and academic programs in the CSE domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the CSE Department.
- Oversee academic planning, curriculum development, and implementation in line with institutional and AICTE/University guidelines.
- Manage departmental operations, faculty performance, and student outcomes effectively.
- Promote research, innovation, and collaboration among faculty and students.
- Ensure quality teaching-learning processes and continuous academic improvement.
- Foster industry-institute partnerships and facilitate placement opportunities.




- Guide faculty members in professional development and research activities.
- Represent the department in academic and administrative meetings.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 15 years of teaching and academic experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or headship role.
- Strong track record in academic administration, research publications, and project execution.
- Excellent communication, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team of faculty members effectively.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
