Senior MERN Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across the MERN stack and be capable of independently handling end-to-end development, from frontend interfaces to backend services and deployments.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development

- Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable code across frontend and backend
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers and QA

Frontend (React / Next.js)

- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces
- Implement SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) using Next.js
- Manage application state using Redux Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand
- Ensure SEO optimization and performance best practices
- Create reusable and modular UI components

Backend (Node.js / Express / MongoDB)

- Design and develop RESTful APIs / GraphQL APIs
- Implement authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, RBAC)
- Optimize database schemas and queries in MongoDB
- Handle error logging, validation, and performance tuning

DevOps & Deployment

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS / Azure / GCP
- Work with Docker for containerization
- Assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor application performance and uptime





AI Integration (Good to Have)

- Integrate third-party APIs including AI/LLM services
- Handle real-time data processing and API integrations
- Implement caching strategies for performance optimization

Required Skills

- Solid experience in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with React.js / Next.js
- Backend development using Node.js & Express.js
- Experience with MongoDB and database design
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and version control
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and deployments

Good to Have

- Experience with TypeScript
- Knowledge of Microservices Architecture
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
- Experience integrating AI/ML APIs

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
