- Key Responsibilities:



- Oversee the planning, execution, and management of greenfield site projects.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to site engineers and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders for timely completion of project deliverables.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Execute site activities, including project management and stakeholder coordination.
- Oversee industrial building construction and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Verify and process bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and support project cost management.
