About the Role

Vibrant Bearings & Industrial Products is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to support lead generation, customer engagement, quotation preparation, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate will use platforms such as IndiaMART and Justdial to identify prospective clients, qualify leads, maintain customer relationships, and coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and order processing.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Business Development, or B2B Sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B leads through IndiaMART, Justdial, referrals, and other digital sales channels.
- Contact prospective customers to understand their requirements and share relevant product information.
- Prepare accurate quotations and commercial proposals based on customer needs.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and enquiries.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.




- Update customer records, lead status, and sales activities in CRM or internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support timely order processing and customer service.
- Track lead progress and ensure closure of assigned follow-ups.
- Meet monthly lead management, sales coordination, and customer engagement targets.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Business Development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in industrial products, engineering products, bearings, or manufacturing.
- Experience preparing quotations and handling customer inquiries.
- Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
- Good follow-up skills and customer relationship management ability.
