- Maintain and improve SAP FI-GL, FI-AA, SAP RE-FX and SAP closing process to ensure business continuity; own the technical aspects of the applications; ensure system integrity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex SAP FI issues; ensure smooth operation, optimization, and troubleshooting of the SAP FI solutions.
- Work closely with other IT finance experts to analyze business and functional requirements; propose solutions for finance processes and translate business needs into system requirements; identify opportunities for process improvements within the SAP FI landscape.
- Provide expertise and guidance to the ERP Rebuild project (ongoing S/4HANA transformation project), ensuring seamless integration into finance’s daily operations.
- Participate as a project member or Project Manager in SAP FI projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
- Ensure data integrity and system security; adhere to Syensqo IT policies and standards, with a focus on Cybersecurity compliance and exhaustive documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT finance jobs.
- 5-years demonstrable experience supporting SAP FI-GL and FI-AA is essential.
- Knowledge of SAP RE-FX and SAP FCC is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP ECC/S4 finance modules is also beneficial.
