Job Summary

Provilac is looking for a Customer Care Executive – HORECA to manage and support our hotel, restaurant, café, and catering clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customerfocused, and ensure the timely resolution of customer queries while coordinating with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment. Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for HORECA customers.
- Manage customer orders, inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order deliveries.
- Maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering partners.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer feedback.
- Update customer records and order details in the CRM/ERP system.




- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer care, preferably handling HORECA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
