Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries for Liquid Filling, Capping, Labeling, Washing, Inspection, Sealing, Cartoning, Conveying, and Complete Packaging Line machines.
- Prepare and send techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Purchase, Service, and Accounts departments.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, purchase orders, payments, and order confirmation.
- Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI), Sales Orders, and maintain sales documentation.
- Track order status from order receipt to dispatch and update customers regularly.
- Coordinate machine dispatch, installation schedules, and after-sales support.
- Maintain inquiry, quotation, order, and customer records in ERP/Excel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Support exhibitions, marketing activities, and customer visits.
- Build strong customer relationships through prompt communication and effective follow-up.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
