Job Summary
We're looking for a driven and confident Business Development Executive who can identify potential clients and convert them into long-term customers for our social media marketing services.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their marketing needs.
- Present Artsnmor's social media marketing services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying clients.
- Collaborate with the creative team to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.
- Understanding of social media marketing and digital marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects.
