Job Summary

B R Goyal Infrastructure Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager / Store Keeper for its RMC Plant in Indore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in inventory and store management within the infrastructure, construction, or RMC industry. The candidate must be proficient in Nway ERP and capable of managing material receipt, storage, issuance, stock reconciliation, and inventory records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth material flow.

- Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials as per approved requisitions.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and update all transactions in Nway ERP.

- Prepare and verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue slips, and stock transfer records.

- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.

- Ensure proper storage, preservation,



and identification of construction materials, RMC raw materials, spare parts, and consumables.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.

- Coordinate effectively with Procurement, Accounts, Plant Operations, and Project Teams.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory controls, and safety standards.

- Maintain proper housekeeping and organization of the store area.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any relevant discipline.

- 5–6 years of experience in store management within the Infrastructure, Construction, or RMC industry.

- Mandatory proficiency in Nway ERP software.

- Strong knowledge of inventory management, material handling, and store documentation.

- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Robust organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
