Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Head to lead the Finance & Accounts function for our sanitary ware manufacturing business. The role involves overseeing financial planning, accounting, taxation, budgeting, costing, treasury, compliance, and driving financial performance while partnering with business leaders to support growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead finance, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial reporting.

Oversee manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, and cost control.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, banking, and treasury operations.

Ensure timely month-end/year-end closing and audit compliance.

Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes.

Partner with Operations, Procurement,



and Sales to drive profitability.

Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team.

Qualifications & Experience

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.

12–18 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Experience in manufacturing is mandatory; sanitary ware, ceramics, building materials, or similar industries will be preferred.

Solid knowledge of GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, costing, ERP systems, and financial reporting.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
