Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development (BD) Assistant Manager to help us expand our clientele.

Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
- Conduct research to identify current markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clientsfor Directors.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare marketing pitches to generate New Business.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide post meeting marketing reports and plan of action.
- Maintaining company website, SEO.
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.
- Develop & maintain data bank of existing clients & new prospects.

Skills:

- Strong oral and written communication.

- Understanding of financial concepts and financial statements.

- Understanding of Balance sheet & P/L and applicable ratios.





- Ability to deliver undertight deadlines and switch between multiple projects during the course of the day.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.

- Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events.

- Excellent MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills)

- Ability to open communication channels with prospects and engage.
