Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst / Analyst to join our Bioanalytical Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Organic or Analytical Chemistry and hands-on experience with LC-MS instrumentation, along with exposure to method development and validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform bioanalytical testing using LC-MS/MS instrumentation.
- Assist in method development and validation as per regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare samples, standards, and reagents for analysis.
- Execute analytical runs and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Interpret and document analytical results in compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot instrument and method-related issues.
- Maintain laboratory instruments and ensure proper calibration and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project timelines.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) in Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a bioanalytical or pharmaceutical laboratory.




- Hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS instrumentation.
- Knowledge of method validation and method development processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH, FDA) is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory safety practices.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in GLP/GMP environments.
- Exposure to pharmacokinetics or bioequivalence studies.
