Job Description: Inside Sales Executive
Experience: 2 – 3 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations for aluminium windows and doors, and coordinate with clients throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and the ability to understand and explain our products and systems professionally over calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare quotations for aluminium windows and doors using company software and Microsoft Excel.
- Attend and respond to customer inquiries received through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other online channels.
- Explain product features, system specifications, and quotation details to clients in a professional manner.
- Follow up with clients on submitted quotations and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the estimation, design, and operations teams for accurate and timely quotations.
- Generate invoices and maintain sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and assist with purchase follow-ups when required.
- Maintain customer records, quotations,



and sales updates in an organized manner.
- Provide backend sales support and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

- Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, calculations).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with architects, contractors, builders, interior designers, and homeowners.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to learn quotation software quickly.
- Prior experience in the aluminium windows, doors, or construction industry will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, Estimation, Quotation Preparation, or Backend Sales Support.

Nucraft Building Systems we are the official fabricator partner to AluK. We have our AluK showrrom in Goregaon East. Along side that we have our own bespoke brand Nucraft Windows which provide budget friendly customised options to clients.
We deal with architects, contractors, builders, interior designers etc.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
