Center Manager – Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Center Manager to manage daily clinic operations, drive revenue growth, achieve monthly sales targets, and ensure excellent patient service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, business development knowledge, and the ability to manage center performance effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day center operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase patient visits, conversions, and overall center performance.
- Monitor daily sales, revenue reports, and operational KPIs.
- Handle and guide front office, support staff, and clinic team.
- Coordinate with doctors, patients, and internal teams.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and service quality.
- Manage appointments, patient flow, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor staff performance,



attendance, and productivity.
- Handle customer queries and ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain center standards, records, and operational processes.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and improve center profitability.

Requirements:

- Experience in clinic / hospital / healthcare center management preferred.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing revenue.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze reports and improve business performance.
- Valuable customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reports, CRM, etc.).
- Responsible, organized, and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
